The ceremony took place on the morning of July 7, with the presence of various local and regional entities, thus marking the start of another safe summer with recognized quality.
The flags raised were:
Blue Flag - international award recognizing water quality, environmental management, safety and services available on the beach
Accessible Beach Flag - guarantees that the beach offers accessibility conditions for people with reduced mobility
Gold Quality Flag - Quercus distinction that recognizes excellence in bathing water quality, consistently over the years
These distinctions reinforce Nazaré's commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, accessibility and environmental sustainability for those who visit the beach.
