After receiving the order, the customer has 15 days to return or exchange the item. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except for quality\/error reasons on the part of Nazar\u00e9WaterFunStore.<\/strong><\/p>\n

        EXCHANGE \/ REFUND DEADLINES:<\/h4>\n

        Once we receive it, we will deal with it within an average of 5 working days.<\/p>\n

        If you want to exchange it for an item of a lower value, you will be issued with a voucher that can only be discounted in online stores, except for the cost of postage, subject to a maximum discount period of 180 days. Return value is not possible.<\/p>\n

        In the case of returns, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method as the order (indicate the IBAN if the payment was made by bank transfer).<\/p>\n

        Please note that returns by credit card\/bank transfer can take up to 10 days, depending on the processing banks. Paypal can take up to 3 working days.<\/p>\n

        Once you have received confirmation from our customer service that you can make an exchange in a store, you must go to the store indicated with the item properly packed in the original package. Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or greater value. For a refund, you will have to leave the item and wait for the process indicated above.<\/p>\n
