After receiving the order, the customer has 15 days to return or exchange the item. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except for quality/error reasons on the part of NazaréWaterFunStore.

 

HOW TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN

      1. Put your unused item back in its original packaging
      2. Send the item to the address Loja Nazaré Water Fun, Avenida da República Nº18 e 19 - 2450-010 Nazaré, by any carrier you see fit.
      3. In the event that NazaréWaterFunStore is responsible for postage for the reasons indicated above, you will receive collection instructions by email / telephone (Carrier, Date of collection, Code and label for collection).

*We do not exchange or accept returns of modified items.

 

EXCHANGE / REFUND DEADLINES:

Once we receive it, we will deal with it within an average of 5 working days.

If you want to exchange it for an item of a lower value, you will be issued with a voucher that can only be discounted in online stores, except for the cost of postage, subject to a maximum discount period of 180 days. Return value is not possible.

In the case of returns, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method as the order (indicate the IBAN if the payment was made by bank transfer).

Please note that returns by credit card/bank transfer can take up to 10 days, depending on the processing banks. Paypal can take up to 3 working days.

 

THROUGH OUR PHYSICAL STORES

Once you have received confirmation from our customer service that you can make an exchange in a store, you must go to the store indicated with the item properly packed in the original package. Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or greater value. For a refund, you will have to leave the item and wait for the process indicated above.

 

DEFECTS / QUALITY CONTROL

To submit a complaint about an item, please email store@nazarewaterfun.com to be analyzed by our quality department.

The email should contain:

      • Name, email and subject
      • How you got the article
      • Write a brief summary of the defect
      • Please attach photos of the item and the defect.

We have 30 working days to analyze and respond.
